Once your order's paid, we'll get it packed and on its way within two business days. You'll get an email when it leaves us. If we're out of stock, we'll give you a heads up on when it'll be back.

NEW ZEALAND
• Spend $79.95+ = FREE shipping
• Under $79.95 = $10 flat rate

Most North Island (non-rural) orders arrive next business day. South Island usually takes 2 days. Rural deliveries depend on your local schedule, so we can't promise exact timing.

AUSTRALIA
Aussie Mate's Rate: $20 flat

We track international orders where possible. Check if your area is covered: Service by Zone

INTERNATIONAL
Flat rate: $30

Heads up: Your country may charge import duties or customs fees. That's out of our hands, unfortunately.

EU & UK SHOPPERS
When you buy from outside the EU/UK, you're the importer. You'll need to pay any VAT, duty, and customs handling fees before delivery. Your local postie will be in touch—usually they hold parcels for about 3 weeks before sending them back if unpaid.

USA
Sorry, we're not shipping to the US at the moment.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER OVERSEAS
Once your parcel leaves NZ, your local postal service takes over the tracking. If you need updates or need to arrange pickup/redelivery, contact them directly—we can't see what happens once it hits your country.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
• Something broken? Let us know within 2 working days with your order number
• No show? Contact us after 2 weeks (NZ/AU) or 4 weeks (international)
• Quote your order number in all emails

Our courier's proof of delivery is our proof you've got it.
