Browse our Wild Kiwi online store and add items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.
We accept payments via Paypal and Shopify Payments. All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars.
If you make a mistake in your order and you cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
After receiving payment, Wild Kiwi will despatch your order within 1 - 2 working days. You will be informed by email that your order has been sent. If we are out of stock you will be notified when the style will be back in stock.
Orders over $79.95: FREE
Orders under $79.95: $10 per order
Deliveries within New Zealand can take up to 5 days after dispatch.
A signature will be required for NZ deliveries unless stated otherwise when placing your order.
Aussie Mate’s Rates: $20 per order
International Deliveries: $30 per order
Some international orders will incur import charges, duty and tax, to be paid by the recipient. This is a fee added by the receiver's local Customs Authority and is beyond our control.

Damaged and Lost Goods
On receiving the goods please inform us within two working days if the goods have been damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
If you do not receive the goods within two weeks of delivery date send us an email and we will do a track and trace.
For the above quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Garment Incorrect Sizing
No problem. Return the garment to us with your address and the correct size you require. We will send it to you with no freight cost.
