MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase from Wild Kiwi Clothing could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. All products and their descriptions are updated and described to the highest point of accuracy. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payments via Paypal and Shopify Payments or New Zealand customers can pay via internet banking. Please note all prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

After receiving payment for your order, Wild Kiwi will process your order and dispatch it to you within two days. You will then be informed by email that your order has been sent. If we are out of stock you will be notified when the style will be back in stock.

Orders under $49.95 = $5
Deliveries within New Zealand can take up to 5 days after dispatch.
A signature will be required for NZ deliveries unless stated otherwise when placing your order.
Aussie Mate’s Rates: $10 flat rate
Deliveries to Australia usually take up to 14 days
International Deliveries = $20 flat rate
International deliveries can take up to 28 days.
Some international orders will incur import charges, duty and tax, to be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately this is a fee added by the receiver's local Customs Authority and is beyond our control.
Damaged and Lost Goods
On receiving the goods please inform us within two working days if the goods have been damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
If you do not receive the goods within two weeks of delivery send us an email and we will track it down.
For the above quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
We accept card payments through your PayPal account and Shopify Payments.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your garment, please return it to us for a full refund or replacement.

Wild Kiwi will happily refund the full value of the garments purchase price or do an exchange for the same value. With our 180 day right of return policy there are no exceptions. All we ask is that the item is returned to us unworn, in original condition and with all labels attached.

No problem. Simply return the garment via tracked postage. In your parcel please include a note to advise if you would like to swap the item for another size (with return delivery details) or if you would prefer to receive a refund for the cost of the returned item.
If your garment is faulty, Wild Kiwi will replace it for you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the issue, please include photos if possible so we can try to prevent repeat issues. In some cases we may ask you to return the garment before we send a replacement.
Wild Kiwi does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
