Wild Kiwi prides itself on its customer service and support. We stand by every one of our products. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or it is faulty we offer a full refund or replacement.       

Before you send your purchase back to us please email us at to explain the issue and if possible include photos so we can send a replacement. In some cases we may ask you to return the product before we send a replacement. 

Garment Incorrect Sizing

No problem. Return the garment to us with your address and the correct size you require and we will send it to you. There is no freight cost. All we ask is that the item returned to us unworn, in original condition and with all labels attached.
